Day at home - and a walk the wrong way round

Saturday was a gorgeous day – clear blue skies, no wind and warm.  At last!  Matt was playing cricket in the afternoon so we decided to do a mini walk in  morning and headed out to Ribblehead, and did our usual walk, but the wrong way round.  It’s funny how different a walk can seem when done in reverse.  We all enjoyed it and headed to Inglesport on our way home for lunch.  Matt then went off to play cricket in Carnforth (and got thrashed) and Tom and I headed onto the Community field to play cricket until we were both so hot that we went into the village to buy some drinks and then headed to the playground for a sit (me) and more playing (Tom).
