Hung Over

Friday - saw us hosting the Blezards for the night - they were returning from a week at Center Parcs in Nottinghamshire.  It was one of those nights that went with a bang.  They were late arriving - Matt and I had already started on the booze before they arrived.  Then of course they needed drinks (they had got stuck in awful traffic) and we had to accompany them.  One thing led to another and we had a great, boozy, chatty night.  The kids were great too - Rory and Lewis, in the past haven't exactly shown much brotherly love to each other - meaning that Tom has been a great foil, keeping between them.  This time they seemed to tolerate each other much better, meaning the 3 of them got on well together and very little need for any adults to interfere, probably lead to us drinking even more!
Needless to say, none of us got to bed that early!

Hiker!
Scalebar Force
Saturday was a bit of a wash out.  Tom went to football, I think we went out for lunch and then vegged for the rest of the day and went to bed early! Oh well, it was worth it!

Horns UP!
Comb over Cow!
Sunday we still weren't feeling great - but we managed to drag ourselves out to Settle and Scalebar Force and then up to the high road for a bit of a walk and to say hi to the cows.  We walked the wrong way and didn't see any!  Typical.  We found some near to the car though so Matt got his photos.  We then dropped in to Settle for lunch and to say hi to Grannie and Grandpa before heading home, more vegging and early night.

How rock and roll we are!!!!!!
