Dinosaurs are Great

Had a good night, Tom woke at 2.40 for feeding and then again at 6.00. I managed to convince him to go back to sleep until 7am. As you can see he was wearing a rather splendid sleep suit last night, covered in colourful dinosaurs, from his Devon Granma.

This morning we had an appointment with the Registrar regarding Tom's naming ceremony. We have been given the structure for the ceremony, we now need to decide what we want and who we want to do it - internet research definitely the order of the day.

12.00 saw us in the Golf Club in Muxton for lunch. A number of dads were free and as we were doing baby massage, it was a great opportunity for them to keep out of our hair and have a drink. Baby massage was good, included some bits on their front which was interesting. Sam was fantastic on his front. Tom did ok for about 15 minutes and then started to cry so we improvised and watched the rest of the session.

Got home around 4pm, Matt had just made it back and was happily full of beer. I think we will definitely be revisiting the Golf Club again for lunch and tag it on to a Granville walk, food was good and the service quite speedy.

Tom was pretty happy for the rest of the day before going to his daddy for his bedtime routine.
