Today we went on a family outing to Tescos. Not normally exciting, in fact usually we wouldn't even consider it at the weekend, but Tom is running short of nappies and Tescos have them at 1/3 off - so off we went.Filled the trolley with nappies, some more muslin squares, 5 certainly isn't enough and a good looking lion themed playmat. Had lunch at the cafe - but wasn't brave enough to breast feed there so came swiftly home. One thing we did explore was the nappy changing - they provide free nappies and wipes which is great.
After Tom had had his lunch Matt took him for a walk, whilst I put my head down for a much needed 40 winks. I must learn to actually nod off during the afternoon.
Matt managed a quick ride out on his motorbike as it was such a glorious day, and is now in the kitchen making sloppy joe. However do single mums cope?
