Donnington Mums Aren't So Bad

Today, we decided to brave the local surgery and go to the Donnington Minis Group - for babies of up to 6 months. I had a lot of trepidation about this as my experience of Donnington mums to date hasn't been that great, finding it very hard to find common ground.

However, I needn't have worried, the mums there were really nice, one even went to Derby University and we seemed to find plenty to talk about. There was even a baby girl there who was younger than Tom, by a whole 3 days! They spent some time together on a playmat. Tom kept hitting her so I had to tell him off, and move him! I will definitely go back again next week.

Time did actually fly, before we knew it, it was 12.00 and the session had finished. We went down to the parade, posted another handful of thank you cards, got some saline drops for Tom and then treated ourselves to lunch from the bakers, which included the biggest hot pork roll you have ever seen for Matt.
