I hate jabs

Another fab night, didn't hear a squeak from Tom at all. Went in to get him at 7am - he was sat up as has become usual.

Today, Lucy was round, so after his morning nap, Tom and I went off shopping. Decided to go somewhere different this time, so went to The Forge Retail Park instead of Wrekin Retail Park - oh yes I know how to live!!!! Managed to kill a couple of hours rambling around. Tom was very well behaved in his rucksack, didn't hear a complaint at all. We had lunch in Sainsburys before walking round - all baby things are 1/3 off so went a bit mad.

Came home, put Tom down for his nap and had some down time for myself as well in our very clean house.

The afternoon saw us down at the Drs surgery as Tom was booked in for his swine flu injection. He screamed, and when he stopped screaming he glared at the nurse, refused to clap, smile or anything! Luckily we bumped into Rose so we had a natter and Tom returned to his usual self, although refused to be hugged by her, naughty boy. Rose has also had the injection and said that her arm really hurt afterwards, and she had the sniffles so warned us to have calpol at the ready.

Brought Tom home, he seemed fine, had a decent meal, a cooler than usual bath (just in case) and took his milk well. That was it until about 9.45pm when he cried for about 10 seconds. Checked in on him when we went to bed, he was fast asleep.

I had cake course, today we made primroses and hyacinths. Mine weren't great - especially the hyacinths which were really tricky (need to buy some more tools as mine weren't fulfilling the need). Found it really hard to concentrate, felt really tired, not sure why as we have had a good run of sleep recently.
